Shipping policy

We ship out products as soon as possible. This can be in as soon as a few hours, or in extreme, rare circumstances, up to 5 days due to a holiday weekend or natural disaster being involved. In the event of an anticipated delay, specific products will have this notated in their item description.

You should receive an email confirming our receipt of your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, check your SPAM folder to see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you don't receive the confirmation email, you also shan't receive the email with your shipping notification nor tracking information! Bump all these to your regular inbox to avert timed deletion by your email service. These docs will all greatly assist you if you need to contact us.

Your product(s) will be shipped within 4-5 business days of when they are produced. Multiple products may be shipped from different sources, and therefore, arrive separately. In this event, different tracking numbers may be provided.

We generally ship surface using USPS and UPS. Depending on product destination, this usually takes 5-8 business days for delivery.

On International Orders, any additional taxes, VAT, duty, customs clearance charges, and tariffs are assessed by the taxing authority of the recipient upon delivery, and therefore, out of our control. The recipient is responsible for these charges. We do not charge for these beforehand and have no way of estimating their cost from country to country. Intellectual Dessert Fashions will not be held liable for these additional expenses and failure to pay these additional taxes and tariffs does not qualify the international recipient for a refund from Intellectual Dessert Fashions.
